Luxembourg 180 is a beautiful Brussels mansion that boasts 18 rooms with a ton of unique spaces and absolutely stunning details.

Our main goal with this project was to maximize as many existing features as possible to tell the full story of the house and preserve the former features.

We kept many of the existing fireplaces for added coziness, as well as the original moldings on many of the ceilings, walls, and staircases.

You’ll find a lovely soft green color that is complemented by a comforting pastel blue; this combination draws the eye to the different designs of each doorway. There’s a gorgeous skylight over the dining area which welcomes a ton of natural light during the day.

Most of the existing molding was kept in the kitchen, and the use of wood and reddish brown paint helps keep the atmosphere warm and lively. In addition to the cinema room, gym, and coworking space, there’s a lovely outdoor terrace complete with twinkling lights and plenty of space for a barbecue or just hanging out after the workday.

Parc du Viaduc is right around the corner and the Museum of Natural Sciences is just over a 5-minute walk away.

Located in the heart of Ixelles, Luxembourg 180 is conveniently close to many supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and all sorts of nifty stores perfect for exploring with new housemates!
