The beauty of Butte Bergeyre

This stunning home is a true reflection of the beauty and simplicity of the Parisian lifestyle. A house with great potential, its first impression was a bit cold and unimpressive.

The marble on the floor and in the stairwell, combined with the white paint on the wall and ceilings made the house seem more impersonal than we wanted. This is the main reason we decided to play with warm textures and paint tones, using caramel colors and a sandy texture in the stairwell to bring perspective and relief to the existing elements.

The concept of the home was to create a warm, cocooning effect so that members can fully relax in a cozy space after a long day. With 14 bedrooms, Butte Bergeyre 59 also comes with several outdoor spaces that offer an incredible view of Paris (a courtyard, terrace, and rooftop!). The common areas on the top floor are very bright and open directly onto the terrace.

Conveniently located in the 19th arrondissement, you’ll be within walking distance of Parc des Buttes-Chaumont a 19th-century park in a former quarry complete with tall trees, waterfalls, and an old, iron railway bridge. We recommend Le Bassin de la Villette for swimming in the summer!
